Stunning and poetic defines this Cherry Red Gold Zari Silk (Tissue) kurta with Cherry coloured Resham Chikankari, featuring a unique Meiraas motif of Cherry Fruit with stems. An elegant piece of wearable art!

KHAYAL (mood-board):

Flowers, leaves and fruits, together form the symphony of a pleasure garden. They symbolise the rule of nature that signals budding, flowering and fruiting, to complete the natural cycle of birth and re-birth.

This Cherry motif is an elegant fruit & leaf motif, that is part of a bigger motif all three live giving energies of a plant.

With this addition to Chikankari bouquet, we have added one more fruit motif to the existing repertoire.

POSHAAK (about the dress):

Cherry tunic is made in Handloom Red Gold Zari Silk (Tissue), with Cherry motif embroidered in Resham Chikankari. The front panel & sleeves are heavily embroidered, while the back has a statement motif of intertwined Cherry leaves, stalks & fruits in a love knot.

This kurti does not need much in terms of accessories. Just some well-chosen diamonds or polkis are enough.

We wanted to create a functional Kurti, yet regal for the festive & wedding seasons, where one is running between events, & wants elegance and opulence, ready at their fingertips.

If you wish to add plain Glazed Cotton pants in same shade to match, you can select the same from Glazed Cotton Plain Pants and in Customer Note mention: Please make Pants to match the selected kurta. We will do the needful
