Saanjh refers to the laidback evenings of Lucknow, when poets, authors, and men of political & creative bent of mind would gather in each others' homes (almost every day), and regale everyone with evenings full of conversations & creativity. We miss those laidback times. POSHAAK (about the dress): Saanjh kurta is made in Classic Minimalist moodboard & has a classic side neckline with very fine museum quality neck detailing with rarest Chikankari stitches. The Kurta neckline is made in very fine Jaali & Murri stitches on Chikankari. They are made like a flower bel in classic old style. The back of the kurta has a miniature statement motif of Awadh Matsya (Fish) under the Nawab crown, making this kurta an excellent conversation starter. General Claude Martin, an 18th Century French soldier turned entrepreneur, who fell in love with Lucknow, that was then called the Paris of the East. He chose to settle in Lucknow forever!! Zou Bisou dress is an homage to the Awadh French Connect of the past. POSHAAK (about the product): Zou Bisou Olive Flared dress is made in soft Handloom Cotton with masterclass Orma stitch displayed on the bodice, back & sleeves, making it look extremely romantic & elegant.
