To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, then we will reach out to you and mutually agree on the best shipment service available in your region. 

Delivery Time

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order.

Ready To Ship: From the date of placing order, we usually take 7-10 working days*/or as has been mentioned against the specific product detail, to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

*Working Days exclude Saturdays and Sundays/Public Holidays and local Festival holidays.

Made on Order : Usually our Made on Order product timeline is 13-15 weeks approx. unless specified otherwise against specific product details.

Please Note: We deal with one of a kind luxury handmade products only, that are completely dependant on human artisans to get completed, within humane time frame and working conditions. These include artisans’ health, weather ravages, personal emergencies that they incur, Act of God, e.g., natural calamity, and any adverse situation out of anyone’s control, that they might face. Please be humane to understand that in such cases, some delay is possible. You will be duly notified of the same.

We are also committed to delivering the best quality of products only. Keeping this in mind, at times, some products may take more time than specified. Our communication channels will be prompt and open to notify the same to you. 

No Refund/Cancellation is legible on any Made on Order product due to timeline, as explained above.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please choose your shipping zone while placing your order. Our international shipping charges vary with the size.
Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Please allow up to 10 days for your package to arrive, post shipment. Some areas may take longer depending on customs.

IMPORT DUTY:Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Meiraas is not responsible for delays due to customs, or will not be responsible for knowledge of custom/import duty etc for your country.
