Return Policy

Purchase directly from Meiraas website/social media handles:

Meiraas adheres to the highest quality standards and takes great care in packaging & deliveries.

We mention very detailed Information& instructions with all our pieces, so that you as a buyer make an informed decision to purchase.
Please do read them carefully before making your purchase.

Please note by purchasing from Meiraas, you as the buyer agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.

Beyond this, in a rare instance of you raising a return request, please note the following:

Returns/Exchange will be entertained solely on the discretion of Meiraas. Any genuine concern regarding the merchandise has to be highlighted within 24 hours of receipt of the same. Our team pays full attention to each detail & quality of product while packaging the shipment.

Despite that, if the product is damaged in Transit by 3rd party, please do the following:

• Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please refuse accepting the package right then, and highlight the same to us at namaste@meiraas.com. Once we receive the return of the particular shipment, our team will review and revert with solutions within the Terms of Service by Meiraas.
• If you sign the package as “received” then this will ensure that you received the merchandise in perfect condition.

We can review certain concerns raised by you post purchase, however the sole discretion of entertaining exchange/store credit lies solely with Meiraas Official team.

Colour Discrepancy is not going to be entertained for any return/exchange. We mention very clearly that colour discrepancy is possible due to digital medium of viewing & because certain colours by nature look different in open sunlight/studio light & slightly different in indoor lighting. This is the nature of digital shopping & is not eligible for any request of return/exchange etc.

Products MADE ON ORDER are NOT applicable for any return/refund/exchange.

In case we accept your request for return/exchange, the following will be applicable:

The product has to be returned in exact condition as it was shipped.We pack all our shopping in our premium handmade bags. If you wish to return any product, you will have to return it as you received it, with the bag; without this, we will not be able to process any Return/Exchange order.

Once returned the product will go through quality check by our team, post which we will direct on the way ahead.

While shipping the return/exchange product, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping service used delivers to Meiraas Office. Failure to do so, will cancel any Return/Exchange request.

Shipping incurred in return/exchange by the customer is solely the customer’s expense; Meiraas takes no part in the same & neither is it refundable/negotiable.

International Shipments: We do not accept cancellations on International Orders, however we can review a genuine case & get back. The discretion for the same shall solely remain with Meiraas.

In case of a green lit Exchange/Website Credit Request, buyer is solely responsible for return package shipment cost & exchanged product/website credit purchase shipment cost. Meiraas is not responsible to bear any shipment expense. Neither is Meiraas responsible for any customs/duty charges.

The returned shipment (if any) has to come in the exact condition as it was sent to the buyer, with all labels & shopping bag intact. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Purchase from Exhibition/Event:

In the event of you purchasing any product from us during an exhibition/event at a venue, you will have full discretion to open, feel, check, drape/try all pieces in front of you.
We will therefore not entertain any exchange/return request on products purchased at the exhibition.

Purchase from 3rd Party E store/brick & mortar store:

The delivery of Meiraas products purchased lies with the 3rd party, unless specified otherwise.
In such an event all responsibility of safe delivery solely lies with the 3rd party, & Meiraas has no role to play in the same.
Any return/refund/exchange request is solely the discretion of 3rd party seller.

Exchange & Store Credit:

In case of a green lit return/exchange request of an order, we will issue you a store credit of same value to be utilised within the next 3 months’ time, from the date of issuing credit.
Exchange of item, once done, will not be liable for return/re-exchange.
