KHAYAL (moodboard): Elinor Dashwood is one of the lead protagonists in Jane Austen’s 1811 classic, Sense & Sensibility. While the younger Dashwood sister, Marianne, is celebrated popularly, for her free spirited & innocent character, Elinor is the quiet and responsible older sister, with a lot of depth of character. Her story, and her being a pillar of support for her family, in adverse situations, shows her silent strength. This was our inspiration behind creating this soft, yet impactful and beautiful dupatta.
