KHAYAL (moodboard): Emma (1815) is an English Classic penned by the legendary Jane Austen. Emma Woodhouse's World is carefree, full of peachy youth, an eagerness to help and fix everyone's problems and as a result create more problems. Austen's writing exposes a very different English society, one that is more simple & relatable to the slice of every day life. Emma's adorable character traits made us name this Peach dupatta after her. POSHAAK (about the dupatta): Peach Handloom Kota Dupatta embroidered with delicate tone on tone Tepchi Chikankari in floral pattern of unique Meiraas Motif created in 2017. Last image is taken against a backlight. The crochet lace detailing in peach colour is a signature style of Meiraas & adds to the character of the dupatta.
